Limited Exceptions

In rare cases, we may consider accepting a return under the following strict conditions:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The customer provides proof of purchase
  • The item is not a final-sale, perishable, personal care, digital, or customized product

If a return is approved under these conditions:

  • The customer is fully responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Items must be shipped back to us using a trackable shipping method
  • Refunds (if granted) will be processed only after the item has been received and inspected by our team

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at info@nationsecom.com within 3 days of delivery with detailed photos and a description of the issue. We will review your claim and determine whether a replacement or resolution is applicable.
